Welcome to Tiny Photo Gallery, the online shop of our photography gallery in Sitges, Spain. We offer fine art photography prints by Thomas Vilhelm, produced individually for each order.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

1. Products

All our photographs are printed to order on 250 g premium matte art paper.

Production normally takes approximately 2–3 business days after an order has been confirmed.

Our photographs are available in six different sizes. Depending on the proportions of the original photograph, some sizes may require slight cropping. We carefully select the available sizes to preserve the original composition as closely as possible.

Product images are intended to represent the photographs as accurately as possible. Some images include mockups to illustrate how a print may look in different interiors. Frames or decorative elements shown in mockups are not included unless explicitly stated.

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT.

The total price, including any optional express shipping charges, is shown before checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with the option to upgrade to express shipping for an additional fee.

Standard Shipping (Free): Estimated delivery within 8–12 business days after production.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 business days after production. The additional shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

All prints are made to order, with a production time of approximately 2–3 business days.

We ship to countries within the European Union, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. We do not currently ship to Gibraltar.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and transport conditions. Your statutory rights relating to delivery remain unaffected.

4. Damaged or Defective Prints

We carefully prepare each print to ensure the best possible quality.

If your print arrives damaged, defective or does not correspond to your order, please contact us at mariehavgaard@gmail.com.

We will be happy to arrange a replacement at no additional cost where appropriate.

Please include your order number and, if possible, photographs showing the problem.

This replacement offer does not limit your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including any rights to a refund, price reduction or other legal remedies.

5. Returns and Exchanges

All our fine art photography prints are produced individually after an order is placed. We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer the following return and exchange options.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at mariehavgaard@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, clearly stating your decision to withdraw from the purchase. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not obligatory.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the print back.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Please carefully package the print to protect it during transport.
You may be responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the print.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned print or proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
If you selected express shipping, the additional cost of express delivery will not be refunded. Any original delivery charge will be refunded only up to the cost of our standard delivery option, which is free.

Please contact us for the return address before sending your print.

Voluntary 30-Day Exchange Offer

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary exchange option as a gesture of goodwill.

You may exchange one print per customer for another photograph or size available in our webshop.
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
The returned print must be in its original, undamaged condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement print once.
Any price difference between the original and replacement print will be agreed upon before the exchange.

Please contact us before returning a print so we can arrange your exchange.

This voluntary exchange offer does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Individually Personalized Orders

For specially commissioned products made according to individual customer specifications outside our standard catalogue, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply under applicable consumer law.

Any such exception will be clearly communicated before purchase.

6. Payment

Payments are securely processed through Stripe, our third-party payment service provider.

We do not store your full payment card details on our website.

7. Errors and Corrections

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information on our website are accurate.

Occasionally, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies and update information on the website.

If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer to discuss the available options. We will not unilaterally increase the agreed price of a confirmed order.

9. Consumer Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to contact us directly if a problem arises so that we can work together to find a satisfactory solution.

Information about alternative dispute resolution within the European Union is available through the European Commission’s Consumer Redress website.

Participation in alternative dispute resolution procedures is subject to applicable legal requirements and any commitments made by our business.

10. Applicable Law and Business Information

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.
