Welcome to The Tiny Photo Gallery — a webshop offering photo prints. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Products
When we receive an order, we will start right away making the print. The production time is aprox. 2-3 business days. Each print is made with care based on the selected specifications. We print on high quality premium photo paper.
We offer the photos printet in 6 different sizes. For a few of the print sizes, the picture might have a minor cropping from the original artwork to fit that aspect ratio. We carefully choose the available sizes, so they are as close as possible to the original photograph proportional ratio.
All prints are custom-made to order and the product images shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only. We use mockups in some of the product images to illustrate how the print look in different surroundings.
2. Pricing and Currency
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT.
3. Shipping and Delivery
– We offer free shipping on orders above 60 EUR.
– We deliver to all countries in the European Union except Gibraltar, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
– Delivery times may vary depending on the destination but typically range from 5 to 8 business days after production.
4. Replacement guarantee for damaged Goods
If for any reason your print arrives damaged, we will be happy to provide a replacement at no extra cost. This also applies if there is a defect in the delivered product or a lack of quality of the delivered product.

– Please include photos of the damage and your order confirmation when contacting us.
5. Exchanges and Returns
The Tiny Photo Gallery is a webshop offering custom-made photo prints. Each print is produced individually based on the customer’s personal photo and specifications. Because of the customized nature of our products, returns and withdrawals are limited as described below.
Voluntary Exchange Offer (Goodwill Policy)
Although our products are custom-made, we offer the following voluntary exchange option as a gesture of goodwill:
– You may exchange one (1) print per customer for another print available on our website.
– The exchange request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
– The returned print must be in its original, undamaged condition.
– Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
– This voluntary exchange option is limited to one print per customer to prevent misuse.
This exchange offer is not a statutory right and does not constitute a right of withdrawal.
If you wish to request an exchange, please contact us before returning the print.
6. Payment
Payments are securely processed through Stripe, a third-party payment service provider. We do not collect or store any payment information. Please refer to Stripe’s Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your payment data.
7. Errors
Occasionally there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors or inaccurate information. We reserve the right to make changes in prices and correct errors in texts without prior notice to the customers. We reserve the right for any errors in product info as well as price

9.Additional Provisions for Consumers Resident in Germany
No Right of Withdrawal for Customized Photo Prints
Our products are individually made to order photo prints.
For consumers resident in Germany, no statutory right of withdrawal applies to contracts for the supply of customized goods pursuant to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
By placing an order, the consumer acknowledges that the product is manufactured according to the consumer’s individual specifications and confirms that no right of withdrawal exists once production has begun.
Replacement in Case of Damage or Defects
If a delivered print arrives damaged or has a material defect, consumers resident in Germany retain their statutory rights under German law (Gewährleistung).
In addition, we offer the replacement guarantee described above. This does not affect statutory rights.
Voluntary Exchange Offer (Germany)
Notwithstanding the exclusion of the right of withdrawal, the voluntary exchange offer described above also applies to consumers resident in Germany. This voluntary exchange is granted as a gesture of goodwill only and does not create a statutory right of return or withdrawal.
